We are proud to announce that the Vydrica project has been awarded the prestigious Baumit Facade of the Year 2025 in the Creative Structures and Design category. This annual competition celebrates outstanding architectural achievements that combine creative vision with top-quality building materials, significantly contributing to the aesthetic and cultural development of our cities, towns, and landscapes.
Vydrica stood out among more than 100 submitted projects from across Slovakia. The expert jury highlighted the project’s high architectural quality and precise craftsmanship, which together create an authentic and valuable urban space.
We see this award as an important recognition of our belief that blending contemporary architecture with historical context can lead to truly exceptional results—benefiting both residents and visitors of Bratislava.
