The next phase of the Vydrica project has begun – construction of our most exclusive building above the Water Tower. The V4 residential building represents an exceptional project milestone. Located in the heart of the revitalized Podhradie district with unobstructed views of the historic Water Tower monument and the Danube waterfront, there will be only 23 premium apartments in the V4 building, with 44% already sold.
There are a range of diverse layouts available in V4: from 56 m² to a spacious 156 m² four-room apartment with a walk-in wardrobe in each room, three bathrooms, and a 20 m² terrace. All apartments feature balconies or terraces, with four apartments also having front gardens of up to 28 m².
A unique feature of the V4 building is the involvement of four top interior designers – Romi Klimeková, Silvia Brna, Alan Prekop, and Erik Pastuch. As part of the Vydrica Designers project, four exclusive interior designs were created for the fifth floor of V4, which are included in the price of these apartments along with the project documentation.

The V4 Building was designed by the šujan_stassel architectural studio, which sensitively combines modern architecture with the historic environment of Bratislava’s Podhradie. The building is divided into three blocks, respecting the original division of the area. The elevated ground floor is designated for retail spaces, above which are three full floors and two recessed floors with apartments. The building is topped with slanted rooflines, respecting traditional development.

The facade features brick cladding in a muted terracotta shade with emphasis on details and pattern variations that distinguish different parts of the building. Glass surfaces and terraces are complemented with shading elements to improve comfort.
Vydrica is gradually transforming into a community of active urban residents with a strong identity and public spaces. Attractive events are already taking place in its exterior spaces, and high-quality establishments have opened, such as Bistronomy, Ristorante Italiano da Cono i tre somari, and OST BLOCK.

During the summer months, the Vydrinko wine bar, the KRUH artisanal bakery, and the social hub – the Love Them Running club will open. The new district will also feature the DNA family brand, backed by the Volkov family and with 40 years of experience in beauty and healthcare.

Our plans also include the revitalization of the Water Tower, which we are collaborating on with heritage conservators and the city council – after reconstruction, the area will be opened to the public as an additional community focal point of the new district.
